AI models aren't the bottleneck. Getting them into real workflows that create real value is.

I set up your own AI assistant: it knows your company and works in your team's chat. For anything else with AI, book a call.

Offer

What I offer

01 Setup: Your own AI assistant

An assistant that knows your company. Talk to it like a colleague in your team's chat, or send it a voice note from the car. It knows your prices, customers and documents, keeps your customer list up to date, writes email replies for you to send, and makes images and reports.

It runs on your own accounts, so you own all of it. And it works around the clock.

02 Consulting: AI and Automation

Anything else with AI: I map how your company works, then automate what eats your time and bring AI into daily work. And I'll tell you what to leave alone.

01 Setup: Your own AI assistant

It knows yourcompany

Every dot is one piece of your company's knowledge: a price list, a process, a customer, a policy. The lines are how they connect.

The assistant reads this, so it answers from your facts, not guesses.

Example: a made-up 20-person installer. Hover or tap a dot to see what it is.

01 Setup: Your own AI assistant

Just ask it

Your team writes to it in the chat tool you already use, like writing to a colleague. Or sends it a voice note from the car.

It answers from your company's own knowledge, and shows where the answer came from.

It writes your emails, but nothing goes out until you press send.

It also speaks up on its own, for example when a complaint comes in. And it never clocks out, so tasks get done while you sleep.

Examples with made-up data.

Case client

Avlskovgaard in Odense makes food toppings and supplements for dogs and cats, sold online and through shops. Two founders, a busy inbox, and the company's knowledge spread across folders and their heads.

Set up on site in one day.

“We were already using AI in the company, but we had no idea it could do this much. It’s amazing! We save about 3 hours every day on manual tasks, and it just works. A real pleasure working with Triage: it was done in one day, we got going quickly, and the handover was easy.”

Valdemar Schousboe, co-founder, Avlskovgaard

What their assistant does:

  • Lives in the founders' group chat
  • Takes voice notes on the way to sales meetings, and files them
  • Reads the support inbox and writes reply drafts. Nothing goes out until a founder presses send
  • Keeps the shop customer list up to date
  • Knows their price lists, catalogues and product sheets
  • Makes images for their social media
  • Runs on their own server and accounts. They own it and change it themselves

For both offers

Whichever you start with, the assistant or consulting, we go through the same three steps.

Threesteps

Diagnosis and scope

What happens:

After our intro call, I talk with the people who do the work

I map where AI would help you most, including what can and can't go into AI (GDPR)

You get an overview of my findings: where you can improve, and by how much

You decide. If you approve, we move on to the build

Build

What happens:

I build the solutions together with your team

On your own data, in the tools you already use

Your people are part of it from the start, so they actually use it

One person on your team learns how it all fits together

What you get:

Your knowledge is kept up to date, so the assistant answers correctly

Whatever breaks gets fixed

One new automation or improvement a month

One person on your team who knows how it all fits together
